On the end of my three month journey through Europe by train, I traded train tracks for a car and road tripped around Spain. One stop was the beautiful city of Valencia. Primarily known for its paella, Valencia is on Spain’s southeastern Orange Blossom Coast, where the Turia River meets the Mediterranean Sea.
